Der AUTOTRAC 101 <\/strong>ist ein Gasanalysator, der speziell auf die genaue Analyse eines Tracergases hin entwickelt wurde. Es gibt ihn konfiguriert f\u00fcr die Analyse von Schwefelhexafluorid als Tracergas oder f\u00fcr die Analyse von bis zu 5 Perfluorocarbon Tracer.\u00a0SF6<\/sub> und PFT sind Gase, die k\u00fcnstlich hergestellt werden und nicht in der Natur vorkommen. Deshalb ist ihre Hintergrundkonzentration sehr niedrig (<10ppt). Aufgrund ihrer chemischen Inertheit und Stabilit\u00e4t sind sie perfekte Tracergase. Die Spezialisierung bei der Analytik auf diese Tracergase mittels Gaschromatograph mit Electron Capture Detector erm\u00f6glicht eine Analyse bis in den Bereich der atmosph\u00e4rischen Hintergrundkonzentration.<\/p>

A big advantage over other measurement methods, e.g. IR-analysis, is the possibility to inject tracer gas into rooms using simple 50cc plastic syringes, because only very small tracer amounts are needed due to the low detection range. The same plastic syringes can be used for sampling, because the analysis just requires 5ml. For many tests you do not need to handle with gas cylinders or tube routing across rooms and floors.\n\nSyringes have another advantage: one can do tracer gas tests without carrying AUTOTRAC to the test site. Samples can be taken in syringes and then carried to the lab where the syringes are analysed.<\/p>

Ein AUTOTRAC ist leicht transportabel und auch im Feldversuch einsetzbar. F\u00fcr l\u00e4nger andauernde automatisierte Messungen verf\u00fcgt der AUTOTRAC standardm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcber zwei Probenahmekan\u00e4le, die frei programmierbar sind. Optional l\u00e4sst sich das auf 9 Kan\u00e4le erweitern. Die Software ist so entwickelt, dass die \u00fcblichen Praxismessungen wie Luftwechsel nach der Konzentrationsabklingmethode (Decay) oder nach der Konstantinjektionsmethode (constant injection oder Step-up), Volumenstrommessung oder Abzugshaubenvermessung automatisiert durchgef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen und AUTOTRAC die komplette Auswertung einschl. Abweichungsanalyse \u00fcbernimmt.<\/p>

Mit der eingebauten Kalibriergasflasche kalibriert sich der AUTOTRAC in vorzugebenden Zeitabst\u00e4nden automatisch selbst.<\/p>

Calibration Gases<\/strong> can be ordered for SF6<\/sub> and four Perfluorocarbon types: PMCP, PMCH, m-PDMCH and PFMD.6<\/sub> und Perfluorocarbon Tracer PMCP, PMCH, m-PDMCH und PFMD geliefert werden.
